He would never touch the field for us - why do we want to buy into that mess for a bench guy?

Now - their OL and DL recruits are a totally different matter.

You guys are nuts. Adam looked pretty good in Tech's offense when I saw him. You can never have too much talent and I would love to have him here.

You mean the Master Recruiter/Phil Bennett didn't want him. JJ could have a slightly different outlook with regard to Adam.

walk on fine - but dont burn a reciever scholarship on someone with not enough speed when you run the run and shoot.

Please............The last thing we need is a marginal D1 player who's Daddy would demand we give a scholly to. We ran a bunch of those off last year so we don't need to restock.......

After this little soap opera ends, what will remain are these quotes: "Slacker" and "Little league Daddy calling everyday..............." Adam will unfortunately carry this baggage long after his college days are over.............

He is a less talented Bradley Haynes...there is no room (scholarship) for Adam on our roster...especially with the level of talent we are starting to recruit at receiver.

James doesn't look like a JJ-type of WR, would he consider moving to LB?

Yep, as far as I can tell, the most important question about James as a potential SMU player is: can he cover?

That kid sounds like he would ruin the chemistry of the locker room, and bring negative distractions. We are finally taking off as a successful program and this kid would just be dead weight
