SMU has received a verbal commit from a recruit who took his official this weekend. I think this guy has a lot of potential and was def a position of need.

What a great commit! A real find from the coaches late in the recruiting cycle that was a perfect fit for both.....

Scout only lists one new commitment (Gottschalk), Rivals still has SMU at 21 commitments. Sorrell still hasn't been listed on either service.
