ESPN - Non AQ Recruiting Needs

SMU
Running back: With Shawnbrey McNeal opting to leave early for the draft, the Mustangs will need a couple running backs to keep that a viable position on the team. McNeal was coach June Jones’ first 1,000-yard rusher and his presence took a lot of the pressure of the young quarterbacks.
Athletes: All-everything player Emmanuel Sanders is gone and the Mustangs don’t really have anyone to fill his role immediately. The run-and-shoot offense is successful because of playmakers and finding some of those players in this class will help SMU continue its winning ways.

I am enjoying the fact that SMU is included in these types of lists now. Before this year SMU would not have been one of the 10 programs Watson felt needed to be included on the list.
Of course, in years past SMU's needs list would have read "Everything", so it would not have made for interesting reading anyway I suppose.

why don't we just form a new conference with all of the teams on that list and become an AQ?? Simple as 1, 2, 3.....

Aldrick would be an All-American if he'd keep his Hawaii hands

and be healthy...i think a nagging injury had a lot to do with it. Remember in 08 he had more receiving yards than Emmanuel for most if not all the season, if I recall correctly

Aldrick will have a great year. He knows that it's time for him to step up and be "the man" in this offense. As for replacing Sanders, I think we can find a lot of playmakers who will step up like Joubert, Jeremy Johnson and others.

great answer-but June Jones mentioned The Truth as one of the first players that they are counting on next year in a recent interview. You doubters of the Truth are going to look silly.

I Aldrick could play every game next year like the Hawaii BOwl game we will be rolling.
