How do these guys stack up in the area of other offers? Wish that lineman was 6-3

Sutton had offers from Louisiana-Monroe and Southern. Theard didn't have any listed offers.

Apparently that school has an unbelievable junior class, loaded with top-tier prospects. Considering how late these guys were added, I wonder how much of the interest in them was due to their higher-profile teammates for next year's recruiting class.

I have looked hard and can not find the New Orleans All-Metro teams they both reportedly made. Loved to see some confirmation and perhaps some commentary on that

http://www.nola.com/sports/t-p/index.ss ... xml&coll=1Need to access the Times-Picayune archive for full list of All-District team.
Here's an article from last season featuring both Sutton and Theard...
http://highschoolsports.nola.com/news/a ... n-lightly/EDIT: Oh, and I would cut and paste the whole article for you, but I know how strongly you are in favor of paying for information and would not want me to do that.

So what your saying is that they made the All District team published under the actual All-Metro Team?
Yeah I found that article where Derice Sutton had a 78 yard Inteption Reurn and a fumble recovery. His other big game was in the Playoffs when he made 2 Interceptions including the game winner with 1:08 left

It's in the article...just get a subscription.
Just kidding. They made both teams. All-Metro and All-District. This is the All-District team list. Sorry for the confusion.
Oh, and yes, it appears the article starts with the Metro area, which means Metro-New Orleans. So, it is the All-District team beginning with the Metro Area. Hope that makes sense.

One or both of these guys could be here in the fall but will probably go the juco route. Nice to begin stashing a core of juco's who we have shown love for in the past at good area schools.
Think Beck Coulter.
