A couple of my producers in LA told me the other day that a son of one of their friend's son had been offered by SMU. Apparently he's one of the highly touted Cali QB prospects. What do we know about him?

Evidently he's waiting for some big time offers, like Florida. Said JJ runs a "sick" offense. Said one of the ways he's looking at the recruiting process is whether he'd go to a school if it weren't for football. He said he'd definitely go to SMU w/o football. Some positive things but he'll probably get big time offers - hopefully we'll still compete.

Runs a "sick" offense ? Ok, I'm old so help me out here. Is "sick" good or is sick, sick. As in "bad" is good.

Might as well call him Allen Iverson, because he is turning out to potentially be the answer to making California more of a pipeline state for this recruiting class and next years as well
