I guess, I assumed that he was referring to the 2011 class -- if it's still summer and school hasn't started, they're all juniors still. maybe?

Sounds like his trademark hyperbole, and he is a bit off on the verbal count.

I was wondering if it didn't have something to do with the Juniors who commit before the end of their Junior year.

Just like it cost like, 800 billion dollars to provide security for the last Olympics? Or that it costs 60k a semester to go to SMU? He's prone to little slip-ups like those...it's a little maddening.
