Holy crap — WELL DONE, COACH DOHERTY (and staff)!
For those too lazy to click: Cunningham is listed at 6-8 and chose SMU over offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, Boston College, Purdue and Texas Tech.

Wow - great news. Can't believe how fluid things are in the SMU basketball world. The turnover of players is also pretty amazing. I am really looking forward to having a good BBall team again. Will we get there and when?

I'm ready to have Dallas -- all of Dallas -- consider SMU their basketball team. I want to see ads for SMU basketball in Mesquite, Oak Cliff, Duncanville, Plano, Lake Highlands, West Dallas. I want to see the free ticket campaigns for those who might not normally attend an SMU game. And I want more local high profile recruits.

Baylor-Gonzaga this December at the AAC.
Once upon a time I thought by this time Doh would have SMU v UNC at the AAC.
Maybe he's a late bloomer. Take care of this schedule and build some momentum for 2011

Hopefully they take some of the marketing ideas they have been doing in FB and apply it to hoops this year.

yes...a packed Moody will do a lot to help generate interest in SMU hoops; give tickets away until there is more of a demand
