If you average the two, SMU has the top non-BCS class (if you count TCU and Utah as BCS)
Also, when you look at Conferences (after announced moves) CUSA has by far the best recruiting (note: CUSA also has more recruits so other will close the gap somewhat.)
CUSA teams are averaging about 600 points per Scout while the future MWC is averaging about 300. In CUSA only UAB is below 300.
