FTA ""He had such good quickness and was just so fluid. He had nice hips. He wasn't a stiff kid and was able to move around."
Sounds more like a ballroom dancer than a football player

Is everyone else sick and tired of seeing Texas athletes being recruited seriously by Boise State ? I mean no disrespect to the potatoe state, but they're in Idaho, for heaven's sake.

It would be interesting to check on how MWC teams recruited in Texas this year. They had done pretty well in recent years with TCU in the conference.

I'm hoping that Spencer Stanley is everything the article says he is, that he has a great senior year, and that his interest in SMU translates into a signature next February.

Looked on Rivals. Out of 218 kids signed by MWC, 56 were from Texas. TCU led the way with 18 and Air Force had 14(they signed 42 kids). BYU and UNLV didn't sign any and New Mexico and SDSU signed 1 each.

Sure, I guess, but to be fair, that article says Stanley is being recruited by BOSIE State. Not sure where it is, but it can't possibly be in Idaho.
