215 Pounds: PRESCOTT LINE, Oxford: A standout linebacker in football, Prescott took his hard-hitting mentality to the wrestling mats and often punished people. The junior posted a 44-3 record and included wins at the county, league, district and regional. At the state finals, he edged Nick Gajdzik of Rochester Stoney Creek, 3-2, for the Michigan 215 Pound state crown.
“What an amazing athlete,†said Keeney. “Prescott is so strong and he’s one of the most hard-working kids on the team. That makes him easy to coach because he has all of the tools. He’s an all-around great athlete.â€
