Re: Question for MOTHEROFIs Cedric wearing #41? Whoever that was made at least one really nice tackle at the scrimmage last night, and seemed to be around the ball a lot. But he wasn't on the roster.
Re: Question for MOTHEROFNot sure about last night, but #41 on last Saturday's scrimmage roster was Michael Brown. He was listed as TE, 6-1, 260, SR-3L from Plano. One thing I've noticed at these scrimmages is that a lot of players are out there at positions they don't normally play. Perhaps they are looking at them to possibly fill some position holes we have.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Re: Question for MOTHEROFNothing like a printed roster to keep us all up on who is doing what. So, anyone know what number Michael Brown was wearing or is this one of those cases where they have three or four people wearing the same number?
Glad Cedric was out there playing and evidently doing well. SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
Re: Question for MOTHEROFMichael Brown is out for the year with an injury. That was talked about quite a bit back at the start of two-a-days. Cedric Billups looks like a guy who could make a name for himself on special teams, he has a nose for the ball.
Re: Question for MOTHEROFThanks stangster for the update on Brown, my memory banks don't hold information very long. Still wish the printed roster was more accurate.
