Noticed today that both Rivals and Scout have us in their Top 50. 49 and 44 respectively. Good work coaches! We have really come far in the last few years. Hopefully another couple of 4* recruits to come?

Thanks for noticing and posting that.

I believe the reason we jumped up into the rankings is that Robert Lewis is now ranked as the #10 all purpose back (they updated the position ratings in the last few days). I am not certain what he was before, but I believe he was outside of the top 15, which is where you have to be to get bonus points at the all purpose back position.

Right now we still have 4 committments who are not rated by Rivals (Nabushoshi, Palacio, Reed and Justice). Assuming they are all ranked 2 or 3 stars then we would have enough points to be ranked 44-46.

The Marks bump couldn't have hurt either.

Did not hurt, but did not help either. Wide receivers get the same bonus points anywhere between 6th and 50th best at the position. He did not move into or out of that range. Currently 17th at that position.

They also give bonus for players in the overall top 100, but he is #116 there so no bonus.

That is nice, but I will jump for joy when they sign in February.

Think how good we would be at recruiting if we tried?
