Longshot
Posted: Fri Oct 26, 2001 6:35 pmSaw Bobby Burton's list in the DMN of the area, state and national top 100 recruits. The state list includes Sweeny, Texas, defensive back Thomas Wright. Hate to bring down enthusiasm, but he's a real long shot. He's leaning strongly toward Nebraska or Iowa. (Other options include Oklahoma State, SMU, Northwestern and -- not listed in the Morning News -- Oklahoma.)
