A 15th recruit from out of nowhere :)

According to rivals.com, we picked up another recruit:
Daniel Francis from Port Arthur Lincoln.
He is classified as an athlete, and has a 2 star ranking and a rating of #66.
His visit date is 1/18 and he apparently committed today!
He has offers from Arkansas and Texas A&M.

height 5-foot-10
weight 160 pounds
40-yard dash 4.5 seconds
bench max 265 pounds
squat max 400 pounds
vertical leap 33 inches
GPA 4.017
Bio Notes and Stats: Francis is one of the most exciting talents in the state of Texas this year. Last season, Francis was a standout on both sides of the ball, recording eight interceptions on defense and 535 yards receiving and six touchdowns on offense.

Yes, I saw him at the visit. I had forgotten his name. The kids called him PA during the visit. There was also a kid with a last name of Bey. Sorry, I don't frequent the recruiting lists, so I don't know all their names. 7 were there on the 18th and 19th:
Bey,
Brent Kerrington,
Jamie Harper,
Daniel Francis,
Donnie Gilray,
Martin Guidry,
and a kid named Jarome (I don't know if it was Ransom)
I do know that my son had a room next to ours in the hotel. All of the recruits were in there playing dominoes during a two hour break we had before dinner. We were supposed to be able to take a nap....NOT!!
The kids all had a great time and had a lot of interaction with each other as well as the coaches.

Is that Francis kid committed or not? No mention of him yet in the Morning News or in the Star Telegram. Is this a mystery to anyone else? What's the deal? Has he committed or not?
