Dallas Morning News ran this today:
"Defensive back Jamey Harper of Atlanta, Texas (6-1, 185) changed his oral commitment from TCU to SMU."

Isn't this the guy someone said is supposed to be super fast? What did he run in the 40?

To give PonyFans an idea of this guy, picture a big safety -- like Rico Harris -- with better speed. Harper is a perfect safety prospect who has good hands and footwork, loves to hit and is as fast as any safety his size that I've seen in a long time.
