When did THIS happen?

Rackauskas" (6'10") from New Hampton School in New Hampton, N.H. has committed to SMU. Has anyone heard of this kid? Is he worth anything? Any idea what other schools he considered? Or is he a useless stiff who happens to be really tall?
Also, ESPN's No. 14 center, Julius Lamptey (7'0") of Northeast H.S. in Oklahoma City is listed as undecided. Any reason we can't get him, too? Don't we have one more scholarship to give?
