Will had 75 tackles last year as a defensive back for the Maroons, along with three interceptions, two caused fumbles, and and two recoveries. Will went to camp at Texas, SMU, Texas A&M and Harvard, and took an unofficial visit to SMU in June.

Was named first-team All State (TAPPS 5A) and district defensive MVP (1-5A) as a junior. Ryan has taken 18 unofficial visits, including to SMU.
