According to Rivals, yes.
He has Arizona and Texas Tech as high interests. He has Colorado, Houston, and Rice as mediums and Texas as Low.
Among others, he has no interest in SMU. We haven't offered him. He listed his top six as Arizona, TCU, Purdue, UCLA, Central Florida and Texas Tech in a Nov. 21 interview. Hope that helps!
