Farewell, SMU!
Posted: Thu Dec 12, 2002 8:33 pmI can't wait to see what Bennett can do. Unfortunately I'll be trying to keep up from the University of North Florida next semester. As much as I love the Mustangs, SMU just isn't for a Florida-bred kid like me. I'm really going to miss SMU...but I've gotten a little fed up with the students here. I really wish the school could change its image, but I doubt that will ever happen unless HP someday becomes a poor area. I'm really proud of the athletics program here and will be a stangs fan for the rest of my life 
I'll still be posting here as much as possible. I've tried to be as helpful as possible to the board...even though I didn't have many fans in the early going. I'm saddened by the possibility that I won't see a game in Ford Stadium for quite some time. I am, however optimistic that with Bennett's leadership, we might be featured on ESPN one of these days Bye for now...Go Mustangs!
