Have we lost any recruits in the last 48 hours?

Probably will have to wait until the Coaches get back to the SMU Football offices to check their phone messages

Lewis is the only one I know that the Ponies have lost. SMU's Rival subscription says the Ponies signed a juco.

Since our head coach is enjoying the Sony Open Golf Tournament in Hawaii I guess we will have to wait and see when he comes back.

is anyone really surprised that CA kids are deciding to stay closer to home and play in the PAC-12? anyone really shocked that a kid who "committed" before his JR season changed his mind?

I think this staff has done a good job of keeping (deserving) guys in the program once they actually arrive on campus. I would be more concerned if we start losing the last 2 year's classes as we are going to need those guys to contribute soon

Don't kid yourself unless you just want to make yourself fell good by saying that about the young man. He would have been pretty good at SMU. Route running and good hands are premium needs in the Run and Shoot.

Review in the Offense Defense Game played a couple of weeks ago. He won best the best hands award.

BEST HANDS
Gabriel Marks, WR, Los Angeles (Calif.) Venice:
The Rivals250 prospect simply does not miss the ball. After an incredible week of practice Marks came down with an amazing grab over the cornerback at the goal-line in the first quarter that would have made highlight reels if a penalty didn't bring it back. If he is even slightly open the quarterback can be confident that he will make the play.
