Just got my invitation, which incidentally is a ticket for admission, for the Mustang Club unveiling of the new uniform at Heritage Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Feb 5.
As I understand, the "uni" will be shown and then everyone will proceed to the Stadium Club for a special screening of our new recruits and a "blue chip" party!!! Should be a great evening!!!

Wonder how many folks will show up? This oughta be an open invitation to Mustang Football fans to show up and then sign them up in the Mustang Club. Fire'm up now and get some new blood (and new money) flowin'. Hopefully, the place will be packed!!! What a great problem it would be if the fire department showed up and issued a citation for too many people in the place.

I went last year, and there were probably 200-300 people there. It was a great time, and Coach Bennett had everyone excited about all the new talent. This year should be more of the same!

I wouldn't think it would be a problem for students to show up for the Signing Day Party. Student enthusiasm is a rare thing and very much appreciated. Looking through this envelope I just received, Kurt, it seems the only invite-only thing is a small function before the kick-off party. But I see nothing restricting the party itself. You should come and bring friends!

You're not listening, son. I said that the event BEFORE the signing day party appeared to be invite-only. However, I see nothing that indicates the signing party itself is in anyway exclusive. Again, enthusiastic students are something the athletic department craves, not shuns. Come and get excited. Donate some money...
