Nothing against this particular player, he may be all world. But there seems to be an assumption around here that we're constantly waiting under the table for every little crumb that might fall from other programs. Not every Penn State or TAMU player would necessarily be a fit or a priority here -- or necessarily more talented than the guys we have.

True but he might be worth a look. I think there is another assumption around here that we should not even look into a possibility. There just might be 1 or 2 players at PSU and TAMU that might be a good fit here and are more talented than the guys we have (I know that is hard for some to believe). Baylor just got a huge DE transfer from Penn State. Never hurts to look into possibilities to see if they are a good opportunity for SMU.
