Self Motivated, self starter wanted. Must be quick, agile and freaking HUGE. Height and weight requirements for job. 5'10" and 300 pounds. Must run 4.9 40 and bench press 400 pounds. Isn't 5-10 a little short for a candidate for this job? I'd rather see someone who looks like Darrin Johnson, maybe with an extra 20 or 30 pounds. But I like the way you think.

I don't think Jerry Ball nor Alex Paulu were very tall. Strong quick and MEAN I like it.

I think every coach in America could post that ad. Defensive tackle seems to be up there with quarterbacks and tall corners as the positions most coveted by coaches these days.
