Confusing LB
Posted: Wed Apr 23, 2003 10:46 amGarland LB Jammar Crane has a list that doesn't include SMU (yet). That's fine, there are a lot of players who end up elsewhere. He's listing some big-time programs like Texas A&M and Michigan (although when was the last time either of those schools signed a 6-1, 190-pound linebacker?) But at the top of his list .... KANSAS? I could understand A&M or Michigan - or better yet, K-State - if you think you're a stud LB. But Kansas? Isn't that Baylor High North? Unless you're a basketball player, who in their right mind would want to live in Lawrence and get your tail kicked every week? Hopefully he'll come to his senses and call Coach Bennett.
