Sleeper QB

Marcus Herford (6'3", 195, 4.4) of Cedar Hill is one of the most athletic quarterback in the state, if not the nation. He's a pretty muscular kid (bench: 250; squat: 450), with a very strong arm and great mobility -- he can out-run defenses, but he also is real elusive. He escapes trouble as any Texas QB I've seen in years, changing directions and accelerating extremely quickly. According to the last report I received, he was listing LSU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas and Texas A&M as his top 5. However, he also plans to go to camp at SMU, as well as TCU, UT and OU. If ever there was a kid who would be a prime candidate and who SMU might have a shot at by getting him on-campus and around the players, this is the kid. He has very good size, and he has the tools to be a very good college QB.y

Someone on this site mentioned that guy before. Is he really that good? If so, is there a realistic shot at keeping him away from the big programs?
