SMU mini-camp quick summary

There was around 125 athletes at SMU yesterday for the Mustangs' first mini-camp. Paris RB Jessie Henderson ran the fastest 40 time on a soggy grass turf with a 4.39. The Bennett brothers spent a large amount of time with him. Sulphur Springs CB Jonathan Lindley did very well and will be receiving an offer. Flower Mound RB Ryan Bewley also performed and tested well. More to follow soon.

Thanks for the info. My old head coach at Lone Oak is the head coach at Sulphur Springs right now. I'll give him a holler and see if he can't persaude to send him over to SMU.

Lindley (5-10, 170) has several offers already, including UTEP and Baylor.

Lindley is a terrific player. He should earn a lot more attention before the recruiting process is said and done.
