Top 159? That makes sense - nice round number for a list.
But who cares? Another one of ours is getting his due!

Does Burton rank the top 159? Or just give the list?
If so, where does Hall rank?
Thanks

My guess would be that Hall is #159 on the list which puts him in the top 159.

no ratings-just a list alphabetically by position.

...BTW Alan Zepeda of TexPrepXtra e-mailed me this morning and wanted to know how I had heard about the Chris Hall commitment. I told him PonyFans.com and the Dallas Morning News. Chris if you're out there they want to get in touch with you to confirm.

Wardog-Sorry my computer has been down today-I found you or your brother's e-mail and sent it to Alan Zepeda to contact you. The one stating with ZHall. I also gave him the date of the DMN article for confirmation.

sure hope he hasn't lost any of his enthusiasm for the FUTURE of this program. I'm anxious to see his brother on the field next year and hopefully Chris will join the Ponies in 2005 (and bring friends).

It's time for Coach Bennett to cash in every favor with his brother, Irving head coach Jim Bennett. And for Lucky DeLay, Zach Hall, Chris Hall, Vincent Chase and Bobby Chase to pull out all the stops on selling the Irving-to-SMU pipeline idea.

Irving HS has a WR this year named Adron Tennell who's 6'5", 190 and runs a 4.4 - and he's only a sophomore! If this kid can catch anything, he's going to have coaches from all over the country at his door. I hope we're all over this guy already. This sounds like an unbelievable prospect.

well they also have probably the most outstanding sophmore runningback in the nation in DeAngelo Evans(i think that's his name). Kid already has multiple 200+ running games and last time I looked was leading the Metroplex in rushing. He's tad small right now at 5-7 but he looks like a Super Soph. Supposedly Hall and Chase are the blockers that make him go.

Is Evans any relation to the RB of the same name who signed 6 (?) years ago at Nebraska, looked like the next Barry Sanders and then saw his career cut short by a series of injuries?
