He is an LB. And a top 11 model per the story.

“I’m told I’m so stupid by every single person,” Crosby said. “That every single person in my shoes should drop out of school now and go make the money.”

I'm pretty sure he's gonna do okay with the ladies at SMU and he's pretty damn smart actually

i would think he will be a safety - he is about 40lbs shy of a LB

not any more in College football-got to be able to run and he may grow out of Safety position much like Longoria-he's projected at LB now right?

3 LBs on All Texas Team (Texas Football)-listed weights

1. Kenny Cain 225
2. Jagared Davis 235
3. Phillip Steward 223

Taylor Reed and Jagared Davis played most of their career at about 230 or below. This has been pretty common for the last 3-5 years in college football. Most schools have to have kids that can run sideline to sideline and there really aren't too many of the 6-3, 245+ LBs anymore except for the rare exceptional athlete most teams don't have. The same applies for Safety-we'll see if he has the speed to remain at Safety as he gets bigger in a collegetraining and development program. Davis, Longoria, Randall Joyner all were recruited or played as Safeties in high school-each has added about 30 pounds in college. Its rare recruits don't gain at a minimum 25-30 pounds in college

he could be 230 by the time he sees the field in 2 years.

He is being recruited as a safety. Whether he ends up moving to another position one day remains to be seen, but as of now, he's being recruited as a safety.

i rest my case.

he is not the body type to be a LB. I wonder about his speed for safety, but i assume the coaches looked into that.

Unless he transfers after 1 year for lack of playing time as a true freshman
