At first I thought that was a joke, a 185 lb linebacker, but went to rivals. He's a solid two-star guy who's being recruited as an athlete and, because of his size and speed is projected to possibly play a lot of positions. I know at my high school the outside linebackers played very much like corners. If he's got any quickness, a 6'1" 185 lb corner or safety sounds pretty good to me.

The attitude dictates that you don't care whether she comes, stays, lays, or prays. I mean whatever happens, your toes are still tappin'. Now when you got that, then you have the attitude.

Great News!! Bennett is continuing to get top talent to commit. Give Bennett time and he will put a winner on the field.

MD or anyone else,

Under the new scoring system by Rivals, can you tell us his exact rating?

Has he been offered by anyone else?

What other schools have shown interest in him?

Thanks,

Rivals gives him a 5.0. No mention of other schools.

This was a secondary source commitment coming from teammates and persons alledgedly close to the situation. Perhaps there will be more info when Rivals contacts him directly.

Stallion is right, we could hear more info later.

I would guess this kid projects as a saftey. Usually LB doesn't make a move to corner. We should be trying to pick up a saftey this year because we lose Rico and Godfrey next year.

Right - the former Dallas DB is an assistant coach at Dallas Jesuit. One and the same.

I don't know anything about this kid, but I do know that LaMarque always cranks out kids with great speed and athleticism. Hope he fits that mold. (Sounds like a great safety prospect.)

Seems our man McCray also punts for LaMarque. But he's being recruited as an athlete - I guarantee he's not looked at as a punter by our coaches.
