How can this be?

Rivals has a blurb about a safety at Tyler JUCO named DeWayne Brandon, who stands 6-foot-3, weighs 232 pounds and runs a 4.5 in the 40-yard dash .... yet it says he's probably going to end up at a Div. II school. How can that be? With numbers like that, you'd think he'd have every coach in America after him. Does he not have the grades?

I believe this kid is from Temple. He was recruited heavily by UT, then they backed off because he was a huge grade risk. Then he committed to and signed with Tech but they couldn't get him in. Sounds like he still hasn't gotten his act together academically...
