Geoff Nelson commits
Posted: Tue Dec 16, 2003 5:25 pmCedar Hill defensive end Geoff Nelson needed only one official visit to make his commitment. Nelson orally committed to Baylor on Sunday. Nelson (6-2, 220) said he will redshirt his first season. He was also considering Stamford College, Northwestern, Arkansas, Tulsa and SMU.
Oral commitments are nonbinding. The first day Nelson can sign a letter of intent is Feb. 4, 2004.
