With Jared Romo and Bobby Chase enrolling in January, can they count against last year's cap? I'd read that we didn't have our full allotment of players under scholarship last year, so with the departure of Bartel and ShanD, could their 'ships be given to Romo and B.Chase?

If there's any way to count them against last year's allotment, I'm sure we would. But I don't think that's possible, unfortunately.
