Question for Stallion or Webmaster: Who does the player rankings for Rivals?

I am sure Burton or Crabtree do not make all the individual rankings. Who and how do the players get their initial grades and subsequent upgrades on their rankings? Do you think some of the corespondents for the school websites contribute in these rankings?
