JR Reed has a Yale offer according to ESPN so maybe he wants to go here for academic reasons*?
He is listed as 6-1 170ish.
*Not that it means he is any worse at football for it. Just another way to lure.

Nothing out there as of now to suggest Gaines isn't going to sign with SMU, but you never know.
