According to his twitter Ray Crockett II (who originally signed with Tulsa in 2013) has committed to SMU. 6-0 180 with his only offer on Rivals showing as Tulsa. Played HS ball at Southlake Carroll. Is he eligible to play right away?

Here is his instagram/tweet about it:

looks like he was signed with Tulsa in 2013, was dismissed from team at mid-term, signed with Navarro 2014 so he could be a 2015 signee. I guess since he qualified in 2013 he could transfer for this season but I'm pretty sure they would have to carry forward scholarship to count in 2015. His Dad is one of the All Time greats in Baylor history-recently inducted into Baylor Hall of Fame

Stallion, do you have some background on the guy (beyond his Baylor roots)?

2-year starter at Carroll. Pretty solid player. Originally recruited at the D1 level where he should have been -- Tulsa, etc.

Major 1s didn't like his overall speed.

It really reads like he will be available this fall like Matt Davis. But a clarification should help.
