Cool story about his roadtrip to visit schools, including SMU and his impressions of each.

... SMU has done a great job. "It was the best overall visit," Moore says. "I was surprised."

This quote is totally the opposite of the previous staff.

"Craddock told Moore he doesn’t want him to visit any other schools."

Initially thought you misspelled "previous," but upon reflection I decided precious was the right word.

LOL. Right, just so excited about this commit and typing too fast on that typo.

Hey SMU fans,

Thanks for sharing yesterday's piece on David. We've been talking after every visit for a while now and he is a very candid interview.

I spoke with him about what happens if he gets his dream offer like ASU or A&M.

http://www.sbnation.com/college-footbal ... zona-state

"I'm going to talk to [the SMU coaches] about it," Moore said about whether ASU or A&M eventually offer. "I'll talk to them and say, 'Hey, Arizona State was one of my dream schools, and it would be smart for me to do my due diligence; what do you think?' I don't know how they will respond.

"This is going to be really interesting."

I hate that someone implies other schools that haven't made a commitment to him are his "dream schools" -- and that he may have to "sit us down and talk to us" about it if the beautiful girl from College Station is suddenly interested.

Sorry you're settling, kid. We can do so much better.

Who are you talking about then? Sells said that he wanted to look at bigger schools and it is no guarantee that SMU would get Sells. So who is this so much better QB that SMU has in mind to get?

Appreciate your two articles regardless of where Moore goes. Very interesting to hear the thought process of a teenager having to make grown up decisions about his future.

That Utah coach was really busting his chops.

Who would want to go to Utah? Would be easy to compete against them on recruiting trail.

I know right? We beat them out for Jordon Williams also. Utah as a state is very insular in general and not really all that in touch with the rest of the world. (not saying Utah is not a good team, just saying).

Maybe that is why they are ticked off. They got used to JJ not recruiting and now CM hitting up the trail and taking good recruits is a thorn on their side.
