Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsNice interview! It is good to hear this commit is harder than some have speculated.
I am looking forward to see him play on The Hilltop. Shake It Off Moody
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsCertainly sounds like the position is stacking up some talent. Davis, Hicks, Colbert, Severt and now Moore on the 2016 roster, right?
Plagiarize!

Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsBilly just retweeted that moore is going to take an official to syracuse. Doesn't that break HCCM if your going to commit, commit 100% rule and no other looking around rule?
Looks like he also received his official offer from Syracuse today too.
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsHe was offered by Syracuse a long time ago-that's just the official written offer that can't be made until August 1

Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsHe's SMU - better town, better coach in a football state
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsgreat news. Thank you for the info, I didn't realize that.
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsI won't blame the kid if he says I'm 100% academics and want to go to Syracuse but if he wants a career he better come to SMU with Chad
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsSMU and Syracuse are tied for 58 in US News. So I wouldn't understand that.
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsSyracuse is too damn cold!
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumors
and the rent is too damn high! Derail the Frogs!
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsHopefully its just a matter of David Moore's parents (Syracuse grads) wanting a free paid for official visit back to their alma mater for their Homecoming Game. I bet an SMU fan living in Syracuse would love a free trip back to Dallas. I wish I could monetize my son for a free vacation

Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsHahaha agreed, Stallion. If he starts getting serious about Syracuse, though, he needs to experiences a trip during the late fall, winter, or early spring. It may be hot in Texas now, but spending 5 months of the year in freezing temps and 30 days in sub-10 degree temps would be unbearable. You have to bundle up tight and enjoy face-stinging blizzards to live in upstate New York.. Hopefully a visit further solidifies him to SMU--I want David to usher in the new era and I think he can. Stick with the StangGang, Moore!!
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumors109 inches of snow there. Flew p there last year. Cold on July fourth. At 80 people run for the a/c.
But people also get a boat and at eight am ski the lake. oh no. Mustang Militia: Fight the good fight"
Re: David Moore discusses SMU commitment, rumorsI remember a story about Lance McIlhenny taking a trip to Tuscaloosa and saying is was because "Bear Bryant is a part of history." I sure would not hold it against David Moore if he visited Syracuse for the reasons mentioned above. As for myself I think about the big games on NYD during December and about NLI day after that but I've heard some think about skiing and suppose having that possibility nearby might influence them. And I agree with BUS. It would be a C - O - L - D place to spend four years.
