Agreed. Morris and his staff are way ahead in recruiting and it will pay off.

he's struggled a bit in the passing game but he's a dynamic athlete. Even his Junior video highlites mostly his running plays. His throws aren't bad but they are few and far between and his accuracy is in the 40s%. We got all kinds of positions he can play because he's got a pretty big frame. Extremely exciting commit with the understanding that he might switch position. Hopefully with David Moore/Hicks ahead of him you could redshirt Kelly at QB or play him immediately somewhere else. If he stayed at QB wouldn't have to be an immediate savior and have plenty of time too develop. Hint: There maybe another Junior QB I previously cited on the recruiting page who is probably ranked even higher and yet another one that has the best stats in the state and an undefeated record. I mentioned before SMU had top QB prospects lined up about 5 deep in 2017 and all have SMU at or near the top of the list You guys are about to find out what 4 deep looks like on a Football team

hey stallion - what would the next most likely position for him be if he is not QB? safety?

6-2 200 fits about 5 other positions Boundary Receiver, Field Receiver, FS, SS and Star. I doubt he's played those positions though-he's started at QB since he was at least a Sophomore. He does run on the Corsicana 4x200 Meters Relay which made it at least to Area Championship so he is sprinter
