1) He is probably not going to be part of the class.
2) If he doesn't sign, we probably don't take a QB in this class.
3) Even if he does sign, he looks like a great runner. His passing needs a LOT of work.

PS I disagree about your analysis of his potential and so do 24 other Division 1A Coaches and about 8 P5 Coaches-and offers are still flowing in from better programs than SMU. He'd be the best high school QB prospect we've signed in the last decade.

Regardless of offers or anything else, I look at the QBs CM recruited at Clemson and I trust that he can figure out what he needs to run his offense. If CM wants a player, that is good enough for me. The FACT that this was our first choice QB tells me we want him. I hope he sticks around and adds more competition.
