Nice event with Dykes and everyone this afternoon.
Looking at the roster churn, position by position... rankings are based on recruiting sites and offers...
DE: Ahu is #1, Mastrov #3. Lose Scott and Neals (#7 and

. Upgrade in rankings, and we have 8, 5 of which are quality recruits, so numbers are right.
DT: Levelson is #2, lose #3, 4, 6, and 11. We have numbers here, but only 3 quality recruits; I would expect attrition and we need to add a transfer.
LB: Lose #3, gain none. Only three quality recruits (not counting Jones yet until move is official). We need a transfer.
CB: We gain the third best on the roster (Massey, behind Stephens and Westfall), and lose #4, 5, 6, 7. Upgraded and now have 3 quality recruits, but we clearly need a transfer here to meet adequate roster numbers and provide competition.
S: Gain #5, lose #4, 8, and 10. #2 and #7 could move to LB. 8 with 4 highly rated recruits if nobody changes positions. If someone moves, we need a transfer here.
OL: Gain #5,7,8,10,11,13,15. Lose 19 and 20. We have 18 on the roster. Definite upgrade and we now have 14 quality recruits at what used to be our weakest recruiting position.
QB: 0 in, 0 out. 3 quality recruits. All good.
RB: 0 in, lose #4 and 5. 3 quality recruits, but need to add a transfer for experience and numbers.
TE: 0 in, lose #2. We have 4 and look set with quality.
WR: Gain #2 and 3, lose #1, 5, and 11. Have 9, with 7 high recruits. We are fine here.
Overall, I would say a very successful recruiting class in terms of upgrading the roster. To really close gaps for next season, we need transfers at DT, CB, LB and/or S, RB, K, and P.
