Now this is what I call a good recruiting start. Here are 4 solid BIG MEN that are going to SMU or are considering SMU.

Look at what Texas and A$M do every year. They have 6 to 8 big boys signed EARLY.

Look at what Bennett and staff are starting to do. I thnk it is, sign big men early.

SMU is a great place to go to school, best stadium in Texas and we are going to WIN.
Notice that all these kids are local.
Bennett had relationships here for years.
Go coach Tubbs - Bring in the locals for bball.

Did I miss something, has Marcus Shavers committed elsewhere? Thats a guy I would like to have with his buddy Hall.

No, he hasn't committed anywhere. But it is being reported in various recruiting circles that he has a very high interest in Texas A&M, and vice versa. But I haven't heard anything about him committing anywhere. There will be a lot of schools after him.
