VIDEO: SMU safety and co-captain Jonathan McGill announced in December his intent to return to SMU in 2024 for one more season with the Mustangs, and then announced "Now that’s taken care of… time for me to be recruiter of the year."
McGill sat down with PonyFans.com to discuss his decision to return to the Hilltop next season, why he decided to take an active role in helping the team recruit transfers, which players filled similar roles when he transferred from Stanford, and who he could see taking on a similar recruiting role in the future.
