Pete Thamel tweeted that Missouri DE/edge Jahkai Lang has transferred to SMU. In limited minutes, he had seven tackles — three of which were sacks. Lang has three years of eligibility remaining.

Missouri edge Jahkai Lang has committed to SMU, per his agents @noah_reisenfeld and @Adie_vongontard of Young Money APAA Sports. He's the No. 19 overall player in ESPN's transfer portal rankings. He had three sacks for Missouri last year and has three years of eligibility.



The Missouri website listed him as a 6-3, 254-pound redshirt freshman in 2024. His online bio:
