Don't they say speed is one thing (along with height) that you can't teach? How much can he really improve on the speed? I know that some teenagers are just skinny, and when they grow into their frames (add muscle), they can improve a little. But would it be enough to make this guy go from 4.6 to 4.4?

My Cousin is this kids back up at safety so it looks like i will not get to see my cousin play very much this year. But Lake is pretty damn good, very quick. He is also a pretty talented baseball player also. His older brother plays basketball for Trinity so I guess they have it in their blood. Not that any of this matters but just thought I would throw it out there.
