To answer a question above-the Satisfactory Progress Toward Degree requirements have an escalating GPA requirement after your 2,3 and 4th year. I think it is 1.8 GPA, 1.9 GPA and then 2.0 GPA. Also by the end of those periods I think you have to have 40%, 60% and then 80% of your degree requirements. You also have to declare your degree plan by one of those years probably before your 3rd year. You can't just remain in University College (have they changed the name?) and take remedial classes. So there is some escalation as you proceed to your degree
