here's an example when Todd Mayo was academically ineligible at Marquette and was reinstated circa December 20 in 2012. I read what was posted on other board-who knows-rules change-and we really don't know the exact circumstances

Seems unnecessarily punitive not to reinstate a kid for more than a month AFTER he has been certified as eligible
