who would know concessions figures? Would likely be someone in event management or facilities. I'm trying to do some research, specifically on the alcohol sales. Unfortunately SMU is private so a FOIA request won't work, would have to find someone that is willing to give me some insight. Any help would be greatly appreciated, more than welcome to PM me if you don't want it in an open forum. Thanks gents and women.
