I guess you don't drive in Dallas traffic at 5pm on a Friday?.. parking, security b.s.. Especially anyone coming from places other than the bubble.

I agree with Larry, but it is hard especially for young alumni to constantly leave work early. I do think we beat Arkansas with a full Moody at tip. We had a packed arena for Louisville and if I remember correctly it was 6pm.

Also, SMU needs to speed up the security. BTW,
I never take my keys or phone out of my pocket and the wand has not picked it up yet.

Should we be worried about your keys and phone? I imagine they are looking for knives and guns.

Oh good grief. Don't be such a front runner and sack up for once. Your comment smacks of entitlement. Very much agree that 6:00 tipoff is nuts on a weeknight but showing up on time has nothing to do with winning or losing anything.

I do agree that the 6pm starts can be a bit of a pain in a city the size of Dallas. The comment had more to do with LB always comparing the crowd/fans to Kansas or UNC. SMU has had one semi-successful year in the last 20 years of men's hoops so the constant comparisons to the fans of those schools isn't really fair given the amount of basketball success they have had. Fortunately, I live/work less than 10 minutes away from campus so I can always get there by the start but understand that the masses do not have that luxury.

LB need to see Mavs and Cowboys games. Even when they are winning there is lots of empty seats at game time. No excuse for not trying to change that bit It's a Dallas thing in addition to the points about 6 pm and traffic.
