Houston +19Line seems about right.
They still have three guys averaging double digits, which is always a danger. Stiggers has had five games with 20+ pts. Knowles put 31 on Tulane. Don't think this one will be close though.
Re: Houston +19Stiggers is the one to watch. He is due for a big game.
All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
Re: Houston +19I had to take UH and take the points...too enticing with that big of spread.
Re: Houston +19Geez the American is no bueno this year.
Re: Houston +19I could see us blowing them out and our RPI falling from 14 to 16/17 due to the drop in SOS. Kind of annoying.
I miss Troy Matthews.
Re: Houston +19That would tie for the second biggest win over UH this year. Of course, it's on the road at a top 30 team. As a comparison, Coogs lost by 18 at home to Memphis and by 19 at Memphis. Lost by 18 at Tulsa and by 21 at Harvard early in the season. Lost by 13 at Cincy.
Chicken Knowles has really come on recently. Can Stiggers find his outside shot again? LJ Rose is improving as well. Less than a 10 pt loss would be a moral victory.
Re: Houston +19They still have athletes and stiggers will light it up. Hope the guys aren't taking this one lightly or they'll get beat.
By the way I'm on campus today for the first time in 20 years. Eating at the new residential commons. Holy [deleted]!
Re: Houston +19will be fun if we can cover
Re: Houston +19
Yeah...was there last month and it is downright depressing how much better that campus looks now. Amazing transition. Understand the faculty enjoy listening as those students who graduated last year [deleted] to those graduating this year, and on down the line, about the facilities available to those currently there that weren't available last year. The change is monumental...possibly the one thing you can't argue with Turner about (although I am certain many still will).
Re: Houston +19This will be a good matchup preview of the Tulsa game. When Houston goes small, how do we react to that, and how does Ben Moore guard a true perimeter player.
