Pregame commentary about home/away

It's hard not to get caught up in the crowd, even if you're an announcer. Plus they needed people to continue to watch the game, so a slight UConn bias was understandable. Doris, my new love, didn't lean either way. She's a really good color commentator.

Oh yeah, one other thing that was awesome on TV: Kudos to the in-arena announcer for being super fired-up whenever he called SMU buckets made. I assume he was from the American and not the usual UConn guy? Either way he was more than fair to the top-seeded "home" team.
